Unfair discrimination for FT Buyers in Essex. No house value is below 250k for Stamp Duty. Also Help to Buy ISA unfair threshold of £250k in Essex doesn't get buy you anything. Essex has similar house prices to London
Average house price in Essex well above Stamp duty and help to buy threshold. This needs to be discussed.
