Petition Details

Companies such as those who care for the elderly do a great job in supplying a service, however this is done mainly through the employees who go above and beyond to change these peoples lives, but employees are been treat awfully in these job roles with lower than minimum wage and having no voice.

Additional Information

Currently minimum wage for my Girlfriend who is a career is £5.30 per hour as shes under the age of 21, however she does not receive this she can receive as little as £2.20 Per Hour and then expected to travel on public transport across town to her next call using her own money within a set time period, if shes struggles to get there on time then she can loose her wage for that call or have a verbal warning across the phone. Change is needed as many people are struggling on these contracts.
