Road works on motorways should require 24/7 working.
Road works on motorways and major public roads should have 24/7 working to reduce loss of trade to local business and increased inconvenience to the UK population. The UK will be globally more effective and prosperous if the UK's transport links are more efficient.
A short term pain, will lead to a long term gain.
