To act to introduce a refundable plastic water bottle charge.
Everyday I collect a black sack of plastic garbage left at the shoreline by the tide. If we cannot stop people dumping their garbage, we have to act to make it cost them when they do. Research indicates a huge problem with plastics and micro-beads poison in the oceans. Plankton is being poisoned.
