Improved education on Keeping Britain Tidy and stricter penalties for litterers
Our hedgerows, dykes, residential areas, countryside, roadsides, beaches and rivers, to name some, are strewn with litter and an absolute disgrace to our nation. Sadly some members of society have no shame in dropping their rubbish, thus believing it to be another's responsibility to clean up.
