Hinkley Point C go-ahead is imminent.
Review needed of:
- construction costs,
- design risks (design known to be a problem / unproven),
- EDF's commitment to UK project given their own nuclear fleet needs refurbishment,
- agreed strike-price and top up by customers now power prices have fallen
