REPLACE MAXIMUM SENTANCES WITH MINIMUM SENTANCES WITH DOUBLE SENTANCES FOR THOSE THAT MAKE THE LAWS (MP's, JUDGES)

I think it's time to replace Maximum Sentances with Minimum Sentances for breaking the law.

That way you know that you will be getting no less than the minimum Fine/Imprisonment (With NO MAX)set out for the crime you commit.

So for an example if you get caught Drink Driving you will automaticaly get a ban and if you continue to drink drive the sentance gets harder with no maximum to the fine /imprisonment that you could get.

This would put a stop to High Profile People getting away with slaps on the wrists while others get hefty sentances.

The Legal Profession will still have a job defending these people but they will be trying to stop then getting a more harsh sentance but won't be able to stop the Minimun being given.

Plus if MP's Judges or people who make/uphold the law of the land break the laws their sentances are DOUBLED
