Encourage every unversity to open a large science/business park.
THe Cambridge science park opened by Trinity college in 1970 produced silicon fen. This has produced the second largest high tech stat up business park outside of silicion valley. Other Uk universities should follow. Each could specailise in a cetain area. Fo example, Bournemouth university could produce a business park based around computer graphics as it specialises in CAD.
