Change the Student Loan to allow Student Exchange Programs

Petition Details

The Government should allow the student loan scheme to include loans for Student/Foreign Exchange Programs for those wanting to go beyond the European grant of study grant which maybe abolished after Brexit which means the Government must inclue a scheme/loan for Student/Foreign Exchange Program.
