-The Current systems of Benefits doesn't provide any incentive for employment.
-There is always constant issue which is often represented in Media as well as in mindset of the people in employment "Your better off in Benefits than working ."

Additional Information

Reduce the inefficiency in distribution of benefits - DWP annual report ( operational costs )
There has already been countries trying to test it and its worth a discussion to weed out the inefficiency in the system and reward the people in employment .
