Ban parking by non blue badge holders in both public & private designated bays.
Many ignorant people will park in disabled bays and make life very difficult for those that really need the facility.
Those that park in these spaces are often aggressive when questioned.
This should apply to both public highways and private land such as supermarkets etc.
Parking in private disabled places by non invalid drivers should attract a fine and penalty points
