Sefton council to deal with fly infestation in Bootle that has been since 2011
In 2011 it was reported in Liverpool Echo of swarms hitting Bootle homes. This is the same every year at summertime since and it's time Sefton Council found the issue and dealt with it head on. It is a problem in nearly all Bootle residents homes whom I have spoken to.
