Outlaw persecution of troops for actions in the line of duty.
Investigation by civil and Royal Military Police overseen by the Crown Prosecution Service and military equivalent is enough: challenge those authorities; sue the Ministry of Defence. Exonerated troops deserve protection, not harassment. New evidence is fair; speculative coal-raking not. Stop it.
