The IPCC to have control over decisions in an investigation against the police.
We the undersigned, want a change in law so the IPCC have total control over all decisions in an investigation against the police. For example; when an officer has been suspended on a criminal charge. This has come to our attention after the fatal shooting of Jermaine Baker.
