Petition Details

The House of Lords is an unelected body of career appointees. It serves the people worse than did the Hereditary Peers, under the Bill of Rights and the Parliament Act of 1911 The Lords must effectively balance the Commons (which increasingly does not serve the People); a PR HoL will do so.
