Stop the use of the honours system being used for political gain

Petition Details

All honours to be authorised only via an independent political free board. All members of the board must be free of any political party and any person who has held political office or served in a government department to be barred from holding office on this board

Additional Information

Any person is permitted to put a person forward for any honour . In doing so they must state why they believe such person deserves this award.
