Not to allow individuals or groups to be trustees or 'individuals of significant importance' of more than one charity.

Additional Information

Charitities have to be independent and thus have to be free from external influence. It board/trustee members could only belong to one charity at a time. This would limit outside influences and the effect of political interference.
