Ensure restaurant/food seller menus list any present allergens in their food
In many restaurants it is difficult to know if an allergen is present in the food being served. Allergy sufferers should be able to see what is going into their food, as they can on supermarket packaging. A menu with a full list of ingredients should therefore be available if required.
