Creation of a legally binding constitution for the People of Northern Ireland

The UK Government, in partnership with the Irish Government and Northern Ireland Assembly, should created a legally binding Constitution for the people of Northern Ireland. This should reaffirm the values and principles of the Good Friday Agreement, in a clear, concise and easy to understand format. With the aim of promoting unity from all communities through the Constitution. Acknowledging the legitimate right for both communities to hold their respective views. But both communities acknowledging that those views must only be expressed through negotiation and the political process.
