Stop councils making disabled pay for a parking permit for tax exempt vehicles.
Since the abolition of the tax disk displayed on vehicles, some councils have been making the disabled obtain a permit to park. This generally incurs an annual fee. Where living near the boundaries of different councils several permits may be required.
