Suspend child benefit where children are violent, abusive or disruptive in school and for poor attendance

Additional Information

Parents of children who have poor school attendance or are abusive, violent and disruptive in school should have their child benefit suspended for a period of six months and only re-instated once there has been an improvement in their behaviour / attendance.
