We the public, call for a change in law for the Dangerous dogs act 1991
Healthy and perfectly innocent dogs are being put down everyday for absolutely no reason at all apart from their breed. The act needs to be amended to make it an offence to destroy a dog without carrying out full assessments of the dogs temperament and owners capabilities.
