Petition Details

HMS President is one of the Few World War 1 Naval ships left afloat. She is in need of repair costing £330k. We pettition the government to supply a grant or funds to save this historic vessel for the nation. She was due to be a centrepiece for The Centenary of the end of WW1.

Additional Information

This ship had been used as a venue for many years tied up on the Thames Embankment at temple. She still has a future as a venue if restored. http://www.london-se1.co.uk/news/view/8848
