* We Petition that the UK Parliament passes a Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) Act , formally creating the Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) of Wales.

* Elections for the Mayor of Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) could then Follow ; together with Elections for Members of the Cardiff Regional Council (CRC).
