Stop bullying, harassement and hate crime in the workplace
Bullying, harassement and hate crime costs UK economy loss of monies. It adversely impacts victims career, health and personal life.
Victims voice is often lost. There is a general disbelief and isolation when victim raises the concerns through in house grievance processes. Hence, victim needs to be helped through the government, parliament and petition. So, that it benefits UK economy and the victim both.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do to tackle bullying, harrassment and hate crime in the workplace.
