NEW BRITISH PARLIAMENT

Additional Information

That there be created in a City that is not the Capital City of any of them a Parliament for the British that more accurately and more completely reflects and represents the views and sensibilities of all of them. One consequence of the devolution of power that to date has taken place is that of the present Leaders of the British the only one entitled to sit in the present Parliament for the British is the Leader of the biggest Party in England. This is not satisfactory. It suggests that in any British Judgement the only Judgement that matters is that of the English.
