Outsourcing criminals into a third world country
The amount of criminals in this country is ever increasing and so expensive to both tax payers and business sector that I decided the idea of outsourcing long term UK criminals into a more cheaper and tougher environment that will rehabilitate them and at the same time save money for tax payers in this country.
