Make it illegal to not wear a helmet when riding any bike, skateboard or scooter

Petition Details

Georgia Fairthorne fell off a skateboard without a helmet on and is now critical in intensive care. Not wearing a helmet could be a life or death choice. It is already illegal in some countries and should be made illegal in the United Kingdom.
