C.s.a payments to ex partner's they should be made to provide receipts to c.s.a
I pay c.s.a every week to my ex partner for my child and yet not a penny is spent on my child. The money i pay goes on my ex's lifestyle and she always looks nice but my child is left walking around in tatty clothes and shoes. Im the one who expected to buy her clothes and shoes.
