Give the NHS a percentage of tuition fees from all HE health careers courses.
The NHS would benefit from extra funding. They should be given a percentage of tuition fees from all health careers courses. Students studying these courses should oblige as the NHS is the future for the majority of their career. The extra funds would help with the upkeep and development of the NHS.
The NHS is suffering from a lack of funding and a lack of staff. If they were to recieve a percentage of student tuition fees (only from health related courses) then there would be a boost in funding. It could also be an incentive to encourage more people to study these courses and eventually work for the NHS, as they would feel as though there University costs have contributed to their future career on another level.
