Fair competition with TV providers

Adverts or subscription.
Not both.
BBC = Fee
ITV = adverts
Inform both Sky and Virgin to pick which funding they would like and make it illegal to allow both.

This should allow better competition for acquiring the rights to show events.
It will also reduce the amount of monies earned by some sports, reducing the excessive payments.
