Review the Dangerous Dog Act 1991 and target irresponsible owners instead.
This law causes unecessary destruction of healthy and good-natured animals with little added protection to the public. 86% of professionals have agreed that the way a dog is, depends on how its owner has treated it. Breed-specific legislation is flawed and blame is put at the wrong end of the lead.
