Stop cataract eye operations being rationed for the elderly ..
it is a fact that hospitals are restricting people from having cataract operations, to save money, yet they only cost £800-00 and take about 30 mins. A lot of them would pay the £800-00 to help with the cost ,but cant afford around £3000-00.
