Improve or add lighting along local canals and rivers to increase safety.
Many canals and rivers do not have lighting or CCTV along them, such as the Hanwell Flight in which many drug users, squatters and criminals take advantage of the lack of light and security. This means that other users are often too afraid to use the canal for leisure purposes, which is unfair.
