Improve the morale of the working staff in the NHS

Petition Details

On many previous occasions that I have been in hospitals, the moral and work ethic of the working staff have been poor. Whilst this may not be true for all, it on average has lead to a decline in the quality of service, be it by longer waiting times or so on.

Additional Information

What I intend for this petition to achieve is for something to be done to improve the moral of those working in hospitals, introducing more enthusiasm into the workplace, thus increasing the quality of care supplied by the NHS. This will enhance the standards of the health care across the country.
