Extend Summer by 2 months

Additional Information

This petition is to extend the summer by two months in order keep the weather good, and hence increase blooming flowers. Secondly, it would keep us in Daylight Saving Hours for a bit longer and therefore it wouldn't get dark as early, reducing outbreaks of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
