Tougher prison sentences for people who abuse neglect murder animals/pets
I have watched many rspca rescue and some of the animals that are abused ,beaten, starved, murdered ,when they can't defend themselves , all It ever seems to end in is a small fine and a ban from keeping animals it is a joke , if you did this to a child you would go to prison not recieve a fine
