The NHS to provide £1m for treatment in the USA to Save 16 year old Kelly Turner
Kelly is currently battling against a rare form of cancer. After nine rounds of chemo Kelly received the news that surgery to remove her extremely rare tumour would not be available to her in the UK. Now she’s having to raise to raise the million pounds she needs to undergo treatment in the USA.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We were very sorry to read about Kelly's illness. However, we can't accept your petition because the Government and Parliament as a whole don't make decisions about treatments for individual patients.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government or Parliament to fund specific cancer treatments on the NHS.
