Make it law for all horse riders to wear hi-viz clothing when riding on the road
As a horse rider, nothing infuriates me more than other riders who risk themselves and their horses by hacking on roads not wearing hi-viz.
We expect drivers and other road users to slow down when passing us so we should make sure we can be seen well in advance.
Wearing hi-viz increases visibility by seconds.
By not wearing it riders increase the risk of accident.
Be safe, be seen!
