when you get an offence like an SP30 and after you have paid the fixed penalty
the information I have is that the traffic commissioner can suspend a licence for life, they can also revoke a licence and this should be left to a court of law
as they are currently suspending licence indifinetly for minor offences in cars not pcv or lgv vehicles
we know of drivers that have been suspended for 22 years according to DVLA and all they have is an sp30 or TS10 on their licence and we have prof of this
