Pass the same sentences for offences against animals as offences against humans

Petition Details

Every day you hear of terrible offences against animals, including cruelty, torture and murder. I propose the same sentencing for perpetrators of these crimes as there would be if they had committed the same offence against a human. The current sentences passed are too light.
