Raise petrol allowance

Additional Information

Petrol allowance has been set at 40p for more than a decade now whilst petrol prices have gone up more than tenfold. If Mr Cameron wants the voluntary sector to do more as part of his big society he really needs to address this issue urgently. I did voluntary driving 15 years ago and received 40p so I'm damn sure I wouldn't do it now.
