A high quality and well-resourced service for people who need home care
Recognition of the changing role of home care workers
The right to a safe working environment

This model for a national carer's charter should apply to all care/support workers in both the public and private sector.
The only way for it to be implemented in any meaningful way is for the government to legislate it.
