Stop street beggars from using live animals to support their begging.

Petition Details

All over London's West End tourist spots there are gangs of Eastern Europeans using dogs to aid their begging.
The dogs are dressed up in clothes, hats and sunglasses, and are made to to sit out in all weathers for hours to attract the public and encourage them to give money.
