Stop horses and cyclists using roads with higher than 30mph speed limits

Petition Details

As a car enthusiast who uses social media a lot and also having freinds with horses and a few who cycle I see a lot of posts arguing about safety on the roads. I think the simplest place to start is to keep both horses and cyclists in lower speed limit areas reducing the risk of accidents hopefully.
