Change the Laws relating to Buying and Selling Property
Buyers pulled out eve of signing with reason of solicitors dragging feet.
Disabled person left with no lift to access toilet and bedroom.
Disabled person left with no Lift and access to upstairs . Buyers requested removal of lift and adaptations before purchase. This all done in goodwill. Buyers pulled out on eve of signing knowing all this work had been done for them at great cost.
