Petition Action

Financial Institutions to be more open when refusing a person credit and explain specifically why they have been refused.

Additional Information

I believe we should make financial institutions more open and accountable when refusing a person credit. They should tell an individual specifically why they have been refused credit, on what ground(s) and what they can do to improve their credit rating. Institutions should be more open and accountable rather than referring an individual to a credit reference agency. They should explain what they credit criteria is.
