Valve to fix Counter-Strike:Global Offensive under Trade Descriptions Act 1968
They have misled buyers on their product, they promise that they will overhaul matchmaking systems, yet this has not been happened, they also provide poor server quality and have knowing allowed under age gambling to happen through not fixing their game.

Responsibility for correcting defects must lie with the game creator.
Local Trading Standards authorities are under a statutory duty to enforce the
provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968. If you believe an offence has been committed then it is open to you to contact your local authority trading standards office.
