Charge those who misuse public services through drink or drug abuse.

Petition Details

Charge those who misuse public services, such as the ambulance service, police, fire service or the NHS, through drink or drug abuse. Use the money raised through these charges to improve those services, funding things like cancer research, police on the streets, keep hospitals open.
