Petition Action

Make it illegal for cats to be able to roam about freely

Petition Details

Cats foul in neighbours gardens, Childrens sandpits etc, which is very unpleasant and a big health hazard, especially to children. Cats kill wild birds, etc. No other animal is allowed to roam about freely, so why should cats be allowed too. They can be kept inside.

Additional Information

Constant fouling in mine and my friends/neighbours gardens, my child's sandpit and one cat pounced on our chicks that were in our garden.
